Best Paper Award 2018
Awarded to the most valuable paper published in the Triple Helix Journal in 2018.
Selection will be done by the THJ Editorial Board according to the Journal statistics and related article downloads. The winner will be the most accessed article – the one with more downloads. In addition, the paper will be judged as being internationally excellent or better in terms of originality, significance and rigour.
Early Career Researcher Best Paper Award 2019
Awarded to full-time doctoral student or researcher who completed their PhD after September 2016.
Selection will be done by the Awards Committee according to applications and implications for Triple Helix models, concepts and approaches. Additionally, they will assess the papers using criteria of originality, conceptual and methodological quality.

Catalyst for Change Award 2019
Awarded to researcher or practioner who has undertaken research or work in Africa.
Selection will be done by the Catalyst for Change Committee based on the paper or abstract which shows the most potential to effect positive change in African development through the Triple Helix model.
Best Poster Award 2019
Awarded to researcher, student or practitioner who submits an abstract for poster presentation.
Selection will be done by the Awards Committee using the criteria of the poster being clear, concise and ability show the results of application and implementation of the Triple Helix model for innovation.
